This is to inform you that I have had serious problems with my vehicle, a  model year, make & model, (VIN) Vehicle Identification Number.
 
I bought my vehicle on date from name of dealership. I brought it to your dealership(s) repeatedly for warranty repairs.
 
The serious problems I have had with my vehicle and the failure to promptly repair it, after I provided repeated opportunities for repair, have caused me frustration, inconvenience, aggravation, & expense.
 
This is to request that you promptly either replace or repurchase my vehicle under your warranty and California's lemon law.
