Saturn has fewest disputes

"Saturn topped a list of 10 major auto makers in having the fewest disputes in 1993 under the state's lemon law–in total numbers and in per vehicle sold–according the figures from the California Department of Consumer Affairs, the New Motor Vehicle Board and vehicle manufacturers. Only manufacturers with state-certified arbitration programs were included in the survey by the consumer groups the Consumers for Auto Reliability and Safety Foundation, California Public Interest Research Group and Consumer Action."
