Nader's candidacy
Editor - Having worked with Ralph Nader for many years to improve auto safety, I got to know him well. I probably agree with him on 90 percent of the issues. And totally disagree with him on his tactics. If Ralph Nader wants to make a positive difference in the direction our nation is taking, instead of running for president he would focus on reinvigorating the consumer movement so no matter who is in the White House, we would be more of a force to be reckoned with. And he'd devote his energies to establishing instant runoff voting, so people of similar persuasions can unite and vote their convictions, instead of having to fear they will throw the race to their worst nightmare.
