Saturn has fewest arbitration disputes
"Two Northern California consumer groups have released a survey revealing the odds that an automaker would end up in arbitration over an alleged 'lemon' in 1996 in California.
Saturn was the make least likely to end up in arbitration, with just two arbitrated disputes out of 30,360 new cars sold in the state in 1996.
At the other end of the list is Hyundai, with 56 arbitrated disputes out of 4,595 new cars sold in California in 1996."
